Community Inclusion Club
All in 2gether runs a Community Inclusion Club, open Monday through Friday from 9:00am-3:00pm.
Our club is designed to meet each individual’s goals and preferences. Every day, we enter the community and create positive relationships, learn new skills, and most importantly have fun!
Our club focuses on building relationships, spending time in our local community, and promoting independence in the community.
Each week, our Community Inclusion Club offers a wide range of excursions and opportunities including:
Cooking and baking
Spectrum Sports outings
Fun activities and outings in small groups designed to give each individual the choice of what they would like to do for the day

Respite
When it comes to respite, one of the most common questions is- what is respite?
Respite provides temporary relief to families and caregivers of adults with disabilities.
We offer respite services in the form of recreational supports in an individual's home or place of business.
Please contact us to discuss an individualized respite plan for you and your loved one.

Goods and Services
All in 2gether will purchase items through the FI including equipment and supplies which are not otherwise provided through generic resources, the Community Care Program, or through the State Plan, which address an identified need (including improving or maintaining the participant’s opportunities for full membership in the community).
Items must meet the following requirements:
The item or service would decrease the need for other Medicaid services; and/or promote inclusion in the community; and/or increase the participant’s safety in the home environment; and, the participant does not have the funds to purchase the item or service, or the item or service is not available through another source.
Goods and services are purchased from the participant’s budget and paid and documented by the fiscal intermediary.
