About Us

Our Story...

Over the last decade, our founder, Kaitlin, has served as a Residential Lead, Support Coordinator, and Direct Support Professional at multiple day programs and group homes. Kaitlin recognized firsthand the need for more opportunities, great programs, engaging staff, relationship building, and community. Kaitlin followed her dream to provide individuals and families a program that strives to exceed expectations.

The dream became a reality, and All in 2gether was created in 2021. 
All in 2gether is designed to accommodate adults with developmental disabilities. We embrace individuality, and our programs are designed to be person-centered and tailored to each individual’s goals, skills, happiness, and social interests. We pride ourselves on our relationships with every individual and their support system.

We help individuals, families, supporters, and support coordinators to decide which of our services best match their individualized service needs.

All in 2gether offers individual support options and a community inclusion club. Our community inclusion club includes staff who engage with all individuals and increase involvement in the community and social settings. Individuals who have limited mobility and/or require higher levels of support for physical care and medical conditions can utilize individual support and work with a skilled professional hired through All in 2gether! We pride ourselves in making Ai2 a family and open events to our community monthly! 

 We offer a skilled Registered Nurse and Behaviorist that are accessible to AI2 individuals, Direct Support Professionals, and caregivers.

Our team works toward building the best life for each individual and takes pride in our relationships with our individuals and all parties in their lives.
